Shipping

Every Phlegráia creation is prepared with care and attention, to offer you an experience that lives up to its quality.

Standard shipping costs €7.00.
For all orders over €99, shipping is free.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from payment confirmation.
Delivery times are generally 2–5 business days within the national territory.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code, so you can follow the shipment at any time.

During periods of high demand or holidays, delivery times may vary slightly.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be accepted, the product must be:

• Intact and unused
• Returned in its original packaging
• Complete with tags and accessories
• Free from signs of wear or damage

Phlegráia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

How to make a return

1. Send a request to customer service indicating:
   • Order number
   • Product(s) to be returned
   • Reason for return
2. Wait for instructions to proceed
3. Ship the product using a trackable service

Refund

Once the return is received and conformity is verified:

• The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
• It will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase
• Original shipping costs are not refundable

Defective or incorrect products

If you have received a defective product or one different from what you ordered:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Phlegráia will cover shipping and replacement costs

Important notes

• Direct exchanges are not possible
• Limited edition items may not be replaceable
• Phlegráia is not responsible for any courier delays
• Orders placed during promotions or holidays may require slightly longer processing times.
